Q: How long will it take to receive our order?
A: All orders are typically sent out on the next business day.
Orders are sent by Australia Post. For a guide to Australia Post
delivery times please click here *Guide If you require an order urgently
there is the option of Express Post which is normally an overnight
service. Please see the shipping/delivery page for more details from
Australia Post.
Q: What payment options are there?
A: For credit card orders we have manual credit processing
or PayPal checkout, you can also send a money order or EFT/Bank
Deposit the amount and we will send the parcel out once we have received
the payment. If you are in Perth you can also pick up the order and
pay cash if you wish. If you contact us we will advise the code to
use to remove the postage charge for pick up orders.
Q: Are the swim bags machine washable?
A: Yes, just put them in a warm, gentle wash cycle.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply follow the steps below to
place your order.
Step 1 - Your Basket Choose from the categories to
view available product listings. Once you have found an
item you wish to purchase and have clicked through to that particular
product page, select the product and quantity, then
simply click the 'Buy' button. Each and every time you 'Buy'
a product, you will automatically be re-directed to your shopping
basket where you can view your updated shopping list. From
your shopping basket, you must click on one of the following
options to proceed; 'Continue Shopping', 'Update Order', 'Cancel
Order', or 'Checkout'.
Step 2 - Delivery Details To finalize your order,
click on the 'Checkout' option in your Shopping Basket, complete the
delivery details form, and click 'Next' to submit your information.
Step 3 - Order Confirmation & Payment
Details An Order Confirmation page will appear where you will
be asked to choose your payment option. If paying by credit
card enter your credit card details for payment. Once you
are happy that all the information you have supplied is correct, click on
'Checkout'. After your credit card has been successfully verified, it
will be debited and a tax invoice will be sent to your email address
to acknowledge your order. If you are paying by money order or
EFT/Direct Deposit, we will send your order once we have received
payment.
